| Barry O'Brien Barry took up the post of General Manager in early 2009 taking over from Roy Gillingham who has returned to the UK. Born in Ireland, O'Brien has worked in the mobile telecommunications industry for over 15 years. Barry graduated from University College Cork Ireland with a First Class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and also holds a diploma in business management from the National College of Ireland.
An accomplished leader with extensive experience of senior management in the Telecommunications industry, Barry brings a wealth of knowledge to the Barbados market.

Ciaran Burke Ciarán joined Digicel Barbados in 2006 as Financial Controller and has brought his previous eight years of public accounting and auditing experience to the Company. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Barbados.
Since joining Digicel Barbados, he has overseen the re-structuring of the Finance and Credit and Collections departments. With his support and knowledge of the business, he has helped the company achieve rapid growth of its operations in Barbados over the past three years as well as supporting other Digicel markets throughout the Eastern Caribbean. |

Alex Tasker Alex started at Digicel in September, 2006 as Head of Sales and took up the position of Commercial Director in August 2010 with direct responsibility for managing the corporate sales team, retail channel, distribution and recharge. His recent appointment to head the Marketing Department brought the two departments under his direction with him now responsible for all advertising, Public Relations, promotions and products along with his sales portfolio. Alex previously worked with a leading international retailer for 19 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Digicel management team. |
| Kerrigan Roach Kerrigan, (or Kerry, as he is familiarly called) joined the Digicel team in August 2010 as Head of Human Resources. A seasoned Human Resource professional, he has over twenty years experience at a regional level, within a diverse range of industries. These have included: software development, natural gas, tourism, sport & event management, retail and insurance. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from Howard University, USA, and a Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, UWI, St.Augustine, Trinidad. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Society for Human Resource Management (USA) and the Human Resource Management Association of Barbados. He has a passion for people, social interaction and music of all genres. |

Emmerson Marshall Emmerson Marshall or "Emmy", as his co-workers commonly refer to him, is Head of Digicel Barbados' Technical Department and has been with the company since its launch in February 2004. With more than 35 years experience, he brought a wealth of knowledge to the operation, having worked in all areas of the telecommunications industry. Marshall has spent ten of those years managing various projects and three as a people manager - trainer/facilitator. Apart from 22 years in the technical division and two in the Sales Department as technical support for both internal and external customers of another company. He also worked six years with Nortel, based in the Caribbean and Latin America office and the North American markets. Emmy is happily married and has two sons. When not on the job, Emmy enjoys cricket, football, tennis, track & field, social interaction and music. |

Andrea Worrell Andrea joined Digicel in 2004 as the Credit Analyst. Her continued desire to interact with customers made the transition to Customer Care both appealing and challenging. She holds a Certificate with Distinction in Customer Care from BIMAP; has had training in both Credit Management and Customer Care with various regional and international institutions with an accumulation of twenty years experience in both fields. She is currently enrolled with the University of the West Indies pursuing a Diploma in General Management. Very passionate about customer satisfaction, Andrea continues to look for ways to improve each customer’s experience and build loyalty whilst fostering the unique blend of individual and corporate customer care. |
