The benefits of the training are significant with customers experiencing phenomenal service, and one such customer is Euclid Brancker who was having challenges with his handset.
To ensure that his service was not interrupted, especially to his business, Sharron Thomas, Digicel’s Corporate Care Executive loaned him a handset while working feverishly to resolve his communications issue.
