The Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan offers all prepaid subscribers a bundle of 1,500 minutes for calls to any Digicel numbers in Barbados and 19 Regional destinations for BDS $99 per month.

         2.       How does this Plan work?     

·         Subscribers dial Short Code *134# and choose the Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan.

·         $99.00 will then be deducted from their prepaid main balance.

·         When they make Local or Regional Digi to Digi calls they will not be charged for these calls.

 

         3.       How long is the plan valid for?     

·         This plan is valid for 30 days.

 

         4.       Who is eligible for this promotion?

All  Prepaid DIGICEL Customers are eligible for this promotion.

        5.       Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan Promotion        


·         This Promotion shall be known as the Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan Promotion.

·         The Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan hereinafter “the Plan” will run from June 1st, 2011 until July 31st, 2011.

·         All Prepaid DIGICEL Subscribers are eligible for this promotion.

·         The Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan is offering all prepaid subscribers who activate the Plan, a bundle package of 1,500 minutes for all Digicel to Digicel numbers in Barbados and 19 Regional destinations for BDS$99 per month.

·         To activate the Plan, subscribers must dial to Short Code *134#, and choose the Digitalk Prepaid Regional Plan for $99.00.

·         Once a subscriber activates the plan, $99.00 will then be deducted from the subscriber’s prepaid main balance. When a subscriber makes Local or Regional Digi to Digi calls only they will not be charged for these calls.

·         This Plan is valid for 30 days, from June 1st, 2011 until July 31st 2011.

·         The regional numbers this Plan is applicable to are: Anguilla, Aruba, Bermuda, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Curacao, Dominica, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Panama, St. Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos.

·         Digicel hereby specifically reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety of the promotion, as determined by Digicel in its sole discretion.

·         Digicel reserves the right to at any time vary the terms of the Promotion, to amend its Terms and Conditions, or to withdraw the Promotion. In any of these events notice will be given via media advertisements or messages to subscribers and will be effective immediately or as of the date referred to in such notifications.

 

6.       When will this promotion end?

·         This promotion will end on Sunday July 31st, 2011.
