Customers can choose from 3 convenient bundles giving them extra value for their hard-earned money!

3.       How does this promotion work?

In order to initate the SMS Bundles service, customers must dial the activation string *132# and follow the instructions.

Instructions:

·         To activate plan SMS bundles 10 at a cost of 1.00 BBD dial *132*20#

·         To activate plan SMS bundles 30 at a cost of 2.00 BBD dial *132*30#

·         To activate plan SMS bundles 80 at a cost of 4.00 BBD dial *132*40#

These SMS bundle activated will be valid for 7 days and can be used to send text messages anywhere Digicel is connected to! 

What’s more, dial *132*5*Plan Code# and you will receive an additional bundle of SMS!  Digicel gives you Bigger, Better Value every day!

4.       How long will this promotion run for?

This promotion will run from October 29^th,2010 until December 31st, 2010 (subject to change)

5.       How many free texts can I send?

·      On completion of the activation string customers will be awarded credit valid for the amount of SMS allotted in the plan they’ve chosen.

·      Customers can send up to 10, 30 or 80 SMS free within a 7 day period. 

6.       Can the free texts be accumulated?

·      Yes!  While active on the plan, each time the sms top up activation string is dialed, *132*5*Plan Code# customers will receive an additional bundle of free sms.

·      Customers can check their SMS credit balance by dialing*132*10#.

7.       Will the free texts expire?

Yes, customers have 7 days to utilize their free texts from the date of activation.  

8.       Can the free texts be used while roaming?

·      No, any free SMS awarded in this promotion must be used locally. 

9.   Who is eligible for the SMS Bundles Offer?

All Prepaid customers who have dialled the activation string during the specified period are eligible for this promotion.

10.   Who is NOT eligible for the SMS Bundles Offer?

Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible for the Digicel SMS Bundles Offer:

·      Post paid customers do not qualify for this promotion.

11.   When will the SMS Bundles Offer?

This promotion will continue until otherwise advertised.
