 1.      What is Free after 3?

Free After 3 is another innovative service from Digicel which allows Digicel customers to talk for 3 minutes and get 57 minutes FREE on that same call!
 

2.    Why is Digicel introducing Free After 3?

§ Digicel is always looking to expand its portfolio of innovative competitive pricing and services that will wow our customers; Free After 3 is one of these services.

 

 

3.    Who is Free After 3 for?

o   The Free After 3 service is open and available to all Digicel Subscribers.
 

4.    Will I be required to register in order to access the Free after 3 Promotion?

§ No. Customers do not need to register or fill out any application forms to access the promotion.

o   Note: Free after 3 calls apply to digi to digi calls only.
 

5.    How does the promotion work?

§ Free after 3- When a prepaid customer spends 3 minutes on a Digi to Digi call that customer gets  the next 57 minutes on that same call absolutely free.

o   Note: This cycle will be repeated for the duration of the call.
 

6.    How do I qualify for this promotion?

§ All customers must complete a total of 3 minutes of talk time in order to qualify for free minutes of talk time on that call

o   E.g. 3 – If Digicel John calls Digicel Ann for 3 minutes he qualifies for up to 57 minutes of free talk on that same call.
 

7.    How is the promotion charged?

§ Free after 3– All customers will be charged at the normal Digi to Digi rates applicable to the time of day the call is made.

o   Once the customer qualifies for Free after 3, all minutes will be zero rated up to the next 57 minutes on that same call.
 

8.    Am I required to purchase a new SIM card or handset for this promotion?

§ No. The Free after 3 service can be accessed on your current Digicel SIM.
 

9.    When does the promotion end?

§ Currently there is no set end date for this promotion.
