2.      What is the benefit of the Roaming Rewards Club for me?

Now you can earn frequent flier miles or points from leading airline and hotel partners while you roam with your Digicel mobile phone.

3.      How does the Roaming Rewards Club work?

Miles or points are earned as a result of your roaming usage and will be credited directly to the specific airline frequent flier or hotel loyalty points program.

 

These miles or points can be redeemed for free airline tickets, hotel stays or any other goods or services offered by the program you are a member of.

4.      How do I join the Roaming Rewards Club?

In order to earn miles or points simply register via the Digicel Roaming Rewards website at www.digicelrewards.com & click on the Barbados Flag.

 

 In addition, you can register up to three additional Digicel phone numbers to your account on which you can earn miles or points. These may be mobile numbers of your spouse, friends, family or colleagues. Miles or points earned as a result of the use by those mobile phones will also be credited to your account.

6.       How do I become a member of any of the associated loyalty programs?

If you are not yet a member of any of the associated loyalty programs, click here to choose your preferred loyalty program and register first, then register with the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club.

7.       Can I earn miles or points with more than one loyalty program with the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?

No. Miles or points can only be earned with one loyalty program at a time.

8.      Can I use my prepaid phone with the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?

Yes! Both postpaid & prepaid mobile phones can register with the roaming rewards club and earn points or miles.

9.      How do I earn points or miles?

You will earn 1 Digicel Roaming Rewards point for each outgoing and incoming call while roaming.

 

Each Digicel Roaming Rewards Point earned will automatically be converted into frequent fiyer miles or hotel points with your preferred airline or hotel loyalty program.

 

For every 5 Digicel Roaming Rewards Points earned you will earn 1 airline mile or hotel point.

10. Where can I earn points or miles?

You can earn miles or points in any country Digicel has a roaming agreement with as long as you use your Digicel mobile phone while roaming.

11. What charges are associated with registering for the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club?

There are no costs associated with registering or earning points/miles in the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club.

12. How long will it take before I receive my miles or points?

It takes between 6 to 12 weeks before your miles or points will be credited to your account.

13. How can I see if my miles have been credited to my account ?

You can view your account balance with your airline or hotel loyalty program. Your rewards earned with the Digicel Roaming Rewards Club will be credited to your account under the name “Travelling Connect.”

14. What should I do if I did not receive my miles or points?

First, check your loyalty program account balance. Your loyalty program account balance should be credited under the name “Travelling Connect”. It may take up to 30 days before your miles or points are credited to the loyalty program account balance. If you believe you have not received your Roaming Club Rewards, please contact customer care for further assistance.

15. How can I view or make changes to my Digicel Roaming Rewards Club account details?

To view or change your account details, Visit www.digicelrewards.com, go to “Manage Your Account”. Enter your mobile phone number and your loyalty program membership number. At this point you should be able to view and edit your account details. This includes making changes to your mobile phone number, email address & loyalty program.

16. Do I need to fly with the airline of my frequent flier program in order to earn miles while making calls?

No. Simply make calls while roaming and you will automatically earn Digicel Roaming Reward points. For every 5 points you earn you will gain one frequent flier mile.

17. Do I need to stay with the hotel of my loyalty program in order to earn miles while making calls?

No. Simply make calls while roaming and you will automatically earn Digicel Roaming Reward points. For every 5 points you earn you will gain one loyalty program point.
