1.    What is Talk Freely?

Talk Free International is an innovative service which allows Digicel customers to make calls to Canada, USA or UK Landlines at no cost after 10 minutes!

 

2.    Why is Digicel introducing Talk Freely?

§ Digicel is always looking to expand its portfolio of innovative competitive pricing and services that will wow our customers; Talk Free International is one of these services.

 

3.    When did Talk Freely start?

§ The Talk Freely service was launched on Wednesday, July 9th, 2008.

 

 

4.    Who is Talk Freely for?

o   The Talk Freely International service is open and available to all Digicel Subscribers.

 

5.    Will I be required to register in order to access the Talk Freely Promotion?

§ No. Customers do not need to register or fill out any application forms to access the promotion.

o   Note: Free International calls only apply to the Canada, USA and UK Land Lines.

 

6.    How does the promotion work?

§ Talk Freely International - When a customer (prepaid/postpaid) spends 10 minutes or more on international calls to Canada, the USA or UK Land Line that customer gets FREE Canadian, US or UK Land Line calls for the next 50 minutes.

o   Note: This cycle will be repeated for the duration of the call.

o   Customers currently on the Digi-Plus Plan will not be able to participate in this promotion until their bundled minutes have been depleted.

 

7.    How do I qualify for this promotion?

§ All customers must complete a total of 10 minutes of talk time in order to qualify for free minutes of talk time on that call

o   E.g. 3 – If Digicel John calls USA Ann for 10 minutes he qualifies for up to 50 minutes of free talk on that same call.

 

 

8.    How is the promotion charged?

§ Talk Freely International – All customers will be charged at the normal US, UK & Canadian rates applicable to the time of day the call is made.

o   Once the customer qualifies for free international calls, all calls to Canada, UK Fixed Lines and the US will be zero rated for the next 50 minutes on that same call.

 

 

9.    Am I required to purchase a new SIM card or handset for this promotion?

§ No. The Talk Free International service can be accessed on your current Digicel SIM.

 

10.    When does the promotion end?

§ Currently there is no set end date for this promotion.
