1. What is Any Voucher Anywhere?
  • This is another innovative service from Digicel that allows prepaid subscribers roaming in other Digicel territories to use the vouchers in that country to top up their account.

  • The denomination of the voucher will be chosen based on what is available in that host country.

2. Who is Any Voucher Anywhere for?
  • The service is ONLY for Prepaid Customers who are roaming.

  • Postpaid customers are not eligible for the service.

3. Are customers required to register to be provisioned for Any Voucher Anywhere?
  • No. Prepaid customers are automatically provisioned for this service.

4. Is there a service charge for Any Voucher Anywhere?
  • No. Once the customer is in another Digicel territory, they can purchase a local voucher at ANY retailer and be able to add that voucher to their account.

5. How do customers add the credit to their accounts?
  • To add the voucher to their account, the customer must use the same USSD string as that used in the country that they are in:

    1. E.g. a customer from Antigua goes to Barbados and wants to add credit to her account.

    2. The customer visits ANY local voucher outlet and purchases either a plastic voucher or an electronic voucher (Q-point) with a PIN number

    3. The customer follows the instructions printed on the voucher and completes the top-up.

      (N.B. most islands use the USSD code *121*voucher number# SEND to add credit. Where that is different it will be indicated on the voucher)

6. How do customers check their account balance?

  • Customers will use the USSD code of the home country (*120#) to check their balance.

  • The balance will be displayed in your originating country’s currency.

7. Will customers be able to use ALL of the top up methods available in the roaming territory to add credit to their account?

  • No. Customers will only be able to use the physical vouchers with a PIN number to add credit.

  • The Direct Top Up method cannot be used to add credit to a roaming customer’s account.

  • Credit Me/ Credit U will still not allow Barbados customers to add credit to customers’ account from the OECS.

  • Customers can still use the WebFlex option to add credit online even when roaming.

8. How is my airtime affected when I add the vouchers from another country on my account?

  • A customer adding a voucher from another country will get the airtime associated with that voucher added to his account.

  • E.g. a customer from Barbados adding a $10EC voucher in Antigua will get 60 days airtime although in Barbados $10 BDS would have 90 days airtime.

9. How is the currency conversion done to add the credit to my account?

  • Customers pay the local currency for the voucher and it is converted into their own currency using the standard exchange rates.

  • E.g. a customer from Anguilla adding a $10 BDS voucher on their account will receive the equivalent of that amount added on his account in EC$.

10. Can I use the vouchers in ANY Digicel location to top up my account?
  • NO. At the launch of the product customers will only be allowed to add vouchers from the OECS (Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & Grenadines) on their accounts.

  • The remaining islands in the Digicel Group will be added at a later date and will be communicated to the customers at that point.

11. Will I get loyalty points for vouchers added to my account from another Digicel location?

  • Yes. Loyalty points will be allocated as normal for these vouchers according to the amount converted to the local currency.

12. If I do not use all the vouchers in the country that I am visiting, can I still use them back home?

  • Yes. The vouchers bought in the visited country do not have to be used in that island. They can still be used on your account after you have returned home by following the same top up instructions.
