- What is International Call Me?
- International Call Me is a service that provides prepaid subscribers with a call back messaging-type service, similar to that of a pager system.
- The service enables prepaid subscribers with limited or no funds (less than $0.20), to send a notification message to subscriber(s) on another network (local or international) requesting a call back from them.
- The subscriber is able to send messages to other local and international networks which have interconnecting agreements with Digicel.

- Why is Digicel introducing International Call Me?
- Digicel is introducing International Call Me as a means of offering Pre-paid customers an emergency messaging service that will offer them worldwide connectivity, in spite of limited credit.
- It is an extension of the current Call Me service.

- Who is International Call Me for?
- The International Call Me service is ONLY for Prepaid Customers.
- Postpaid customers are not eligible for the service.

- Are customers required to register to be provisioned for International Call Me?
- No. Prepaid customers are automatically provisioned for this service.

- Is there a service charge for International Call Me?
- No. However the customer is required to have less than $0.20 on their account to send an International Call Me Message.

- How do customers send an International Call Me message?
- To send an International Call Me message:
- Enter *126*areacodephonenumber# from a blank display eg for a number in the UK.
*126*44xxxxxxxx#
- Press “Send”.

- Is there a limit to the amount of International Call Me messages that can be sent?
- Yes. Customers can send no more than 21 International Call Me messages per week.
- NOTE: The customer has 21 Call Me messages available per week for both International and Local Call Me messages.

- Will customers still be able to send regular (Digicel to Digicel) call me messages?
- Yes. Customers will still be able to send Digicel to Digicel Call Me messages, the limit will still be 21 messages per week inclusive of the limit for International Call Me messages.

- Will the International Call Me limit affect the regular Call Me limit?
- No. Customers will still have a limit of 21 messages per week; however this is shared between Regular and International Call Me messages.

- Can customers send an International Call Me message to any international number?
- No. Only international mobile numbers which have an SMS interconnecting agreement and or roaming agreement with Digicel are able to receive International Call Me Messages.
- Note: If a Call Me is sent to an invalid number or to a network that does not have an interconnecting agreement with Digicel, the customer will get a confirmation that the message is sent, however the person will not receive the message.

- Can customers send an International Call Me message to a Cable and Wireless number?
- Yes. Customers will be able to send International Call Me messages to Cable and Wireless numbers.

- Can customers send an International Call Me to a land line?
- No. Landline numbers cannot send and or receive text messages.

- How will a customer know if the International Call Me message was sent?
- When the message is sent the sender will receive an instant confirmation message. The message will confirm that the Call Me was sent and tell you how many messages remain.
“Message sent you have <#messages_remaining> CallMe messages left”.

- How do I know if the recipient received the International Call Me message?
- There is no mechanism to determine if the recipient received the message, however if you receive a call back that is a clear indicator.

- What will the recipient receive on their phone when the International Call Me message is sent?
- The recipient will receive an SMS notification. Example “Please call me: 12462687855 Thank You!”

- Is there a charge for the recipient to receive the message?
- Generally NO. However some networks charge their subscribers to receive an SMS.

- If a customer is Roaming (DigiWorld and DigiRoam) will they be able to send International Call Me messages?
- No. International Call Me, like the regular Call Me service is not accessible while roaming.

- If I have $0.20 or more credit on my account can I send an International Call Me message?
- No. Like a regular Call Message, you must have less than $0.20 to send an International Call Me message.

- Will I have to purchase an additional handset and or SIM card to access the International Call Me Service?
- No. The service will be provisioned for the current SIM card. There is no need to change SIM or handset.

- Will Dual Accounts customers be able to access the International Call Me service?
- No. Like with the regular Call Me Service Dual Accounts customers are not able to access the International Call Me Service.
