2009 Prepaid Loyalty Promotion

 

How does this promotion work?

 

To be eligible for a chance to win $1000.00 dollars, a prepaid customer must top up with ten dollars or more on the day prior to the draw.

 

How will winners be chosen and notified? 

 

Winners will be chosen randomly based on reports for top ups exceeding ten dollars. Every weekday the $1000.00 dollar winner (of the previous day) will be announced via local broadcast media. Each Friday, a strip ad will be placed in the newspaper to showcase the previous week’s winners. Winners will also be contacted live via radio broadcasts.

 

Why is Digicel doing this promotion?

 

Digicel recognizes that these are difficult economic times and is taking this opportunity to reward customer loyalty. A Top Up of $10 or more gives each customer a chance of winning $1,000 cash every weekday.

 

This promotion replaces the current loyalty programme, where customers get 25% extra credit on their first top up each month. Beginning January 1, 2009 this will no longer apply.

 

How long will this promotion last?

 

The promotion starts on January 1st and will run indefinitely.

 

Can one person be eligible to win more than once?

 

Yes, every day that a customer tops up with $10 or more they will be eligible for the random draw on the next business day. Customers will therefore be eligible to win numerous times according to their top up record.
