What is the "What's my number?" service?

• The service allows Digicel customers to check their phone number by dialling a USSD code.
  

Are all Digicel customers eligible for the service?

• All customers (postpaid and prepaid) in the following Digicel Islands have access to the service:
• Aruba
• Barbados
• Bonaire
• Curacao
• Jamaica
• Turks and Caicos Islands
• The Cayman Islands
  

What is the access code for the "What's my number?" service?

• The access code for all islands is *129#.
  

How does the service work?

• Customers will dial *129#. The application will respond with a message like this:
• ‘Your Digicel phone number is 1(country code) xxx xxxx. Thank you for choosing Digicel'
  

Is there a service fee or any other charge for using the "What's my number?" service?

• No. There is no charge for the service.
  

Are customers required to register or be provisioned for the "What's my number?" service?

• No. All Digicel customers in the countries listed will be able to access the service from their handset.
  

Will the "What's my number" service work while roaming?

• Yes. The service will be available while roaming.
  

What response will be received when the "What's my number?" USSD code is dialled?

• The application will respond with a message like this:
  • ‘Your Digicel phone number is 1(country code) xxx xxxx. Thank you for choosing Digicel'
