Use Flex Check to find out your balance anytime. Simply type *120# and press SEND.
The system will send back a text message to confirm your balance and expiry date.

Flexcard Top Up
A better way to add credit to your account, Flexcard top up is easier, quicker and more convenient.

Follow these 3 simple steps to top up:

  • Type *121*vouchernumber#
  • Press SEND
  • CHECK the screen on your phone for the confirmation message

Flex-E Top Up
Flex-E is our electronic top up method.
Simply follow the steps below to top up your account:

  • Type *121*vouchernumber#
  • Press SEND
  • CHECK the screen on your phone for the confirmation message

Top U Up
This is an innovative method of topping up either your own or another’s subscriber’s prepaid account. Digicel postpaid subscribers may top up any Digicel prepaid account. However, they will not be able to use this method to top up their own postpaid accounts.

Steps on how to use the Top U Up service

  1. Type *125*1246 number you want to top up # and press send.
  2. Sender will receive the following message:
    From a blank screen please enter *125*voucher number#SEND to add credit to 246xxxxxxx or *125*2# to cancel, please respond within 2 minutes.”
  3. Type *125*voucher number# and press send.
  4. You and the person you are toping up will receive notification that the credit has been added to the account.

If you are roaming and your account needs top up, anyone in Barbados can use this method to top your account.

Direct Flex Top Up
This is an easy to use voucher-less top up method. Simply top up with any amount from $5 to $250 at select QPoint Locations.
Adding credit using Direct Flex:

  • Pay the dealer the value airtime you desire and it is sent directly to your phone. 
  • Use Flex Check to find out your balance before leaving the dealer store by dialing *120#

Please note that you have 365 days in which to top-up your Digicel Flex account after the expiration of each FLEXcard or FLEX E voucher. If you fail to do this, your account will be deactivated. You will be able to receive calls but will need to top-up in order to make a call. If your account remains dormant after this period, your account will automatically be terminated which means you will have to purchase a new SIM card and a new number will be provisioned.

Each Digicel Flex account is automatically loaded with $10 of call credit when you activate by dialing 124.
